Daredevil #1 Tremont - why isn't this graded?

I'm thinking about picking up the Tremont copy of DD#1... metropolis has it graded at 8.5, but it's raw. Anyone know anything about this book and why they never submitted it? Thanks!

 

I don't know if any of the Tremont Daredevils were graded. I have maybe six or seven of them, all raw.
