Stamp orgin on cover

I'm trying to find out what this stamp is, I.P.M? The publisher, Dearfield publishing, was based in Indiana. I was thinking maybe something "Indiana ..." or "Indianapolis...". Maybe something like "Indianapolis Public Museum"? Any clues?

i tried some searching, but came up with nothing. I was thinking of a distributors stamp along the line of "Indiana/Indianapolis Printing/Press/Publishing Magazines"
