This is very good of you to do, Jeff. I wonder if it isn't worth creating a thread for orphaned pedigree certificates. I've seen a few over the years and if most owners are like me, they would want to keep them with the book, if possible.

Maybe I have an opposite situation. I do not collect pedigree books but I noticed my copy of The Face #2 has a pencil marking which I recalled I have seen somewhere. May it be that it’s from the Davis Crippen collection (or another, for what matters)?

To be sure, check on the top of firts page, Davis Crippen used to note a code.
