I've done that before...sent in a bunch of stuff and everything came back with grades spot on 9.8...9.6 and then a 7.0 pops up. WTH?! Yeah, just didn't look over that one book like I should have before submitting.

I suspect it has interior page tears. When the books are my OO books, as this one was, sometimes I gloss over the page count and interior page review. Bit me in the butt this time.
