I don't see much that puts it at a 7.0 guys - no creases, no tears, nothing serious - just some typical slight overhang along the TEFC. I'm thinkin 7.5 and a possible 8.0 with a light DC to the BC spine

I was thinking those creases along the top would bring it down but i could see it going more with the 7.5 or so that you mentioned.

bottom half of the book looks like an 8

top of the book looks like a 6.5

So Im going 7 to 7.5 depending on how rough the top edges look in person.

The book looks better in hand for sure. I paid for a scanner. I was thinking 8.0 myself. I may send this one in.

It looks like a possible scratch or rub on BC near the spine that goes up about 2 inches from the bottom edge. Also, there might be a very light stain on LLC BC. It's really hard to tell from the scan. If those are just my eyes playing tricks, then I think it could be 8.0; otherwise, I'd grade it at 6.0.
