Is Harvey Comics still in business?

I haven't been to a comic book store in a while. A long while. So when I was in Party City today and saw some Casper The Friendly Ghost paper plates and napkins and noticed Harvey Comics mentioned on them it got me wondering. Is Harvey Comics still around?

No...they haven't published comics since the early/mid '90s I think, and those were mostly reprints iirc. But I'm sure somebody is still managing the various character licenses...

I saw a Harvey Comics mag circa late 2000's but not a saddle-stitched comic from that same year.

I loved 60's Harveys. They always had a page or two of "other comics now on sale" with all the covers displayed.

Harvey had four outstanding pre-code horror titles which included some classic covers:

 

Black Cat Mystery, Chamber Of Chills, Tomb of Terror, Witches Tales

 

(I left out the rather weak Thrills of Tomorrow).
