Incorrect comic

I have the following comic; 1040032021

This is a New Mutant comics with the Age of X Chapeter 4

This should be a New Mutants (2009) set comic

However the book is set in the 1985 series (and has been given the slot there)

The label is incorrect!

Please advice how to go from here (please keep in mind that I live in Belgium)
