Partially detached cover

I have a early JIM that I noticed is partially detacted from the cover at the top staple. Only the back cover is detached; the front cover seems to be securely attached to the staple. Hope that makes sense.

 

Will CGC give this a GLOD; note the matter on the label or just grade the book accordingly based on this defect?

i haven't heard of even fully detached covers getting green. most get blue, as far as i know.

Unless this is the only defect in a book that appears to be of a very much higher grade -- it's going to be blue.
