8.5 - 9.0 based on what i can see, which is basically nothing...buy a scanner

Okay thanks I will scan it....I had trouble getting contrast on this book the 3rd pic is a scan. Any ideas on how to get better contrast via a scan

You may want to try the different settings once between Magazine and Photo on the scanner. I forget what mine is set for. Also putting a piece of red or black construction paper behind the comic that covers the rest of the scanner helps a lot.

In the photos, it looks like a nice copy, but that LRFC is soft and appears to have some wear and/or a crease.

 

That said . . . 8.0

 

Scans will show significantly more detail.

I'm leaning more toward 8.5 than 9.0 now with the scans, not sure about that front upper right corner

In the FS threads, I see you listed this book on 10/30 for $175 (or something in that range). You stated the grade at which you bought it...

 

So my ? is: why start a PGM thread two days after listing it for sale? Shouldn't you have done the PGM thread first??
