The Phantom original art

In my daily search of the art, drawings, 1900-49 category on eBay I ran across this that may interest some folks here. (Or not) I'm not even remotely schooled in Golden Age artists so I don't know for sure if this guy did the Phantom regularly, etc. but thought some Golden Agers might know and be interested...

Wilson McCoy was the second Phantom artist, picking up the art from Ray Moore during WWII.

I like Don Newton's clean illos of the 70s Charlton Phantom. Some had sharp painted covers too. Can't remember if they were painted by Newton though.
