First attempt at posting a picture so hopefully it works. Back cover (not show) is clean, no water stains, date stamps, etc. Tight staples, no rust, off white pages.

I will likely get this slabbed shortly.

Slightly rounded corners, general wear, several spine creases, small corner crease with no major flaws....

Zipper thank you. The scan makes it look dirtier and grainier than it really is. It is a pretty solid copy. Kind of refreshing to have such a key in the raw for a change. Just love to read the monthly mail, etc. However, I will be slabbing it eventually.
