You never know for sure what CGC will give, but on my best personal guess here are the individual grade ranges I would think most likely. (The 9.8's take some luck catching CGC on a good day, but is for sure possible and I don't see any flaws why they could not obtain that or at least 9.6)

 

Action 420 9.4 $15, one 9.6/9.8 $22 sold

Action 424 9.4/9.6 $16, one 9.6/9.8 $22 sold

Action 425 9.4 $22 Neal Adams!

 

All the rest I would say range from a strong 9.2 to 9.4, but on some, I have seen some worse books graded 9.6 by CGC recently, so you never know with a little luck. (I am trying to be a little more strict than the dealer I bought these from)

Early GL, 1st Vandal Savage (arch enemy) $325. Excellent off White to White pages on a nearly 70 year old book! only CGC note is small amount of color touch, in this grade range an unnecessary tiny ct would have little to no affect on the grade. VG/FN Guide is $560
