The "pink" factor on my Spidey/Hulk

How much does the pink that shows through from the ads on the inside front and back covers impact the grade of this books? And would you suggest a white eraser (versus the normal pink ones) to get rid of the .75 written on the back of the book? White pages, by the way. From 1980.

Avengers #141 on page 171 of the Overstreet Guide has that and it's a 9.4 (despite other defects). So apparently, not much.

Given the creases on the back of the book, the book is in a grade where the small pencil writing shouldn't affect it. I'd let the pencil be.

Is this book particularly desirable? I got 5-6 minty copies in a Chicagoland collection I bought, and thought nothing of them.

it books at 2 4 6 8 13 16. i bought it because i have two other promotional spidey's (danger in dallas and the one with the dallas cowboy cheerleaders on the cover) and thought this was in nice condition for the price....
