$4 Strange Days NM, white pages. Printed in 1991 – haven’t a clue WTF this is. A bunch of artists and writers I’ve never heard of – short stories, illustrations, and nice swastika on the back cover, which might go nice next to your copy of Hansi.

$4 Strip 20 VFNM, white pages, corner bump at LLBC, and bend at top of spine from being to #%@$ big to fit into any standard storage arrangement, although the book does lay flat. Marvel Comics. Apparently a Walt Simonson cover. There is all that rubbing scut at the corners of the front cover, but it appears to be purposeful as part of the art as far as I can tell – call it a VF or VF+ if you want.

Super Duck 70 G+, $5. Parachute cover! Failed Parachute cover! A little known fact is that Super Duck assisted in the capture of Mussolini in WW2.

Tarzan 189 copy a VG- $1. White pages. Lots of handling wear. I know this isn’t a war comic, but it has a nice parachute cover to go along with other paratrooper covers in this thread.

I can't believe that one sat there for a year or more. I lucked into an 8.0 shortly after I bought this. I wish I could find all the earlier Sgt. Furys that looked this nice at this price.

 

Blue Bolt Vol 9 #5 raw copy a – I’m calling this copy Good condition, chip at URFC and very rough BC. $20 (Yes - and that 1" chip at URFC is detached, but present.)
