Oh, he's for real...and will probably get his asking price. That doesn't mean it's a good deal, of course. I do love that cover, and could stand to upgrade my copy... but I think I could find a raw 9.2 for $60-70 with little effort.

I'm not questioning the book (I love it), I am questioning the hype. I guess I haven't seen to many comic auctions that stress the "future retail value". Even his "credentials" are all hype, no substance.
