Why NARU'd?

Maybe you all can give me some insight.....

 

I've been tracking this seller's auctions since the summer and have spent over $1000 on his comics. Now it seems that his account has been NARU'd and all his current auctions have been canceled (or been inactivated by eBay). What are some of the reasons that eBay NARU's an account other than the obvious scammers? I have received everything I won from this guy in pretty rapid fashion.
