Contacting CGC directly to check on SS books sent to a facilitator?

15 posts in this topic

Is there any way to call CGC and ask them directly about books you sent to a facilitator to get signed? I do not have any invoice numbers or anything else beyond the title, issues, date of signing, and proof I paid someone some amount.

I keep being told that they are graded and sitting at CGC somewhere but never any explanation beyond that... will CGC even talk to me about these books since a facilitator sent them in and not me?

This dates back to August so about 5 months or so...

Does your facilitator refuse to give you your invoice #?

I honestly haven't thought to ask. I keep expecting it to just show up I guess.

:makepoint:

lol - I know, I got use to CGC being a little behind, and then a few weeks of "I'll check and let you know", before you know it it's been months.

Seeing that you subbed through a facilitator, it's their responsibility to give you an invoice number - asking CGC isn't going to do much as they're not authorized to give out this information unless your name is actually on the invoice.

+1

Try asking the facilitator for the invoice number.
