general question about a dealer and return policy...

Ok here goes...You buy a book from a dealer knowing there is a return policy. You pay the dealer through paypal. You get the book and decide you don't want it. You email the dealer that you are gonna send it back. He refunds your money through a CREDIT CARD through paypal...THAT IS, you do not get your exact money back. Is this morally right. I mean your refund isn't exactly what you paid.

Let me CLARIFY....the "refund" was through paypal but with a credit card..I never got the full amount back..I had to take a loss.
