ASM 300 reader?

Hey guys,

Can you give me a hand in assigning a grade to the Amazing Spider-man 300 I just picked up since I'm not actually sure that it would even be considered a reader copy. This book has some funk goin' on (might be mold) and the staples are very rusted. I tried to get as many photos for an accurate depiction. All help is appreciated!
