Although With the current policy you pretty much have to accept returns cause all a buyer needs to do is open an item not as.described case and it's almost always found in favor of the buyer. I think she is one of my favorite characters and I know is on the cover of 7 ghost and 8 with the Will so I am hoping she is really not dead.
