PGM: Johhny the Homicidal Maniac #1

Bought this on the Bay recently. BIN auction claimed it was between a 9.4 and a 9.8 and i'm having a hard time jiving with his claims. Any ideas? Also, I'm wondering about the finger prints on the back and the tiny impressions on the front cover. Thank you in advance for your time.

I see some tiny creases near the spine, and even considering the indentations on the cover I would still think you would be in the 9.2 - 9.4 range.

there are several creases on the spine, some of which break color.

Yes, of course. If you're not happy, ask if you can return it. Otherwise enjoy it - it's looks like a sweet copy (despite what you've pointed out).

I can return it, I've already spoken with the seller. I was trying to determine weather or not this would grade decently enough to where i wanted to keep it. There aren't that many out there and this is the best copy I could find to get signed in Seattle.
