The best unpublished Ororo story

I saw the other day an HC published by Fantagraphics in 1999 that presented the third installement of Life and Death, writtend/draw by BWS himself...i've read in the intro that marvel at the time refused to publish it, that's how this work came out with another name (don0t know it by heart).

 

So have you fellas read it? Is it hard to hunt it down? 30$ for it is too much?
