my old flash 3 ends in a few minutes on ebay. extensive 6.0 cracked out, now barely restored and high grade. he's not making any money on it yet, way below what it just sold for on c'link.

he made a couple bucks, maybe. sold for 10% more than when i had it up, but with c'link mailing back when, and the ebay fees now, he's about broken out even.

If he isn't doing it for the money, he must be doing it as a public service -- freeing restored comics from an unnatural internment of plastic.

 

He is clearly doing a thankless job that we all should recognize as a benevolent act of kindness towards vintage paper.

After the CGC 3.0 SA cracked and upgraded to a 5.0 reboot didn't stick with the buyer back in early May, bijoubaby05 has relisted.

I tend to lean towards the buyer figured out what he was doing.

Possibly...maybe the buyer figured he was shilled himself. Either way that book is rapidly becoming a scarlet letter the more he relists it.

Bijoubaby05 lost his 100% Positive Feedback cherry back in April.

If you read his advice to prospective buyers, you wouldn't want to do business with him.

 

Buyer sprtcpe commented that the items were 'as stated', 'stay away will lose money', 'ok'.

Seller bijoubaby05 replied, 'He is a liar.'

 

Which is it? The buyer is a liar about an Item being received 'as stated', 'ok'? Or, is the buyer lying about 'stay away will lose money' if you buy a comic book from bijoubaby05?
