I'm loving this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=32739&item=2247815970&rd=1

The scan is too small to read the label text, and his description reads "Of course there is the restoration to consider but even that was done professionally and is minimal. It includes color touch and gloss to the front cover only. There is always the possibility that you might be able to remove the restoration and end up with a copy that is easily 6.5 or 7.0 and unrestored."

Has this guy discovered a way to reverse re-glossing that I've never heard of before? confused.gifmad.gif

That scan is only 22.6KB in size.

Now who would put an AF 15 up for sale with such a pathetic scan unless they were hiding something?

I use a Black and Decker random orbital sander with 300 grit 3M disks. Takes the gloss right off. thumbsup2.gif

No one ever said restoration reversal was easy...

I don't want to be the one to turn in the Seller here - if I get the time and am still so inclined, a friendly eMail to him should to the trick.
