a book can be mint after readed?

A comic book can remain in theory in mint condition after being readed?

 

I want to buy the Overstreet guide to solve my question, but is not very easy to find on this places

Thereotically, yes. As long as you don't cause any damage to the book while reading it. To prevent undue spine stress don't open the book to greater then a 45 degree angle. Try to make sure you don't put greasy or dirty finger prints on it, you can avoid that by washing your hands or wearing gloves.
