I've read about this in press releases and I've see people say that they have pre-ordered it, but I'd never seen anything about it on the site.

 

So, I wrote to the IDW's store (who knew stores did e-mail? :)) and they wrote back:

 

Hello,

 

We have recorded your email address and will notify you once the pre-order page goes live in the online store for the Will Eisner's The Spirit Artist's Edition.
