Getting something signed that's already slabbed.

Stan Lee is coming to a convention near me and I have a super old issue of X-men that I would like him to sign. Unfortunately it's already graded...I was wondering if the CGC staff that are at the cons, do they have the ability to open an already graded copy of a book on site and then get it signed then re-slabbed as a signature series later on. This would be too convenient, so i'm sure the answer is no....but what exactly is the process if I wanted to do this??

You can crack it open yourself, assuming it is a universal slab.
