i was thinking maybe 8.0 with a press, but the 7.0s have it for now

Much closer to what I was thinking as well. Amazing how 7.0 is another persons 8.5!

Yes, I agree with Oakman and Rob on this one, 7.0. A press won't help those creases on the outer edge.

There's a lot of color breaking going on in that cover to make it any higher.

Yes, I agree with Oakman and Rob on this one, 7.0. A press won't help those creases on the outer edge.

 

 

Not to mention the huge stain on the back cover.

I just looked at the back cover again. What's going on at the right side top corner? Are those diagonal lines on the scanner or indentations on the book? Hard to tell. Also on the outside edge B.C is that a chip out of the edge? I may have to reformulate my calculate.
