Trying to upgrade my collection and this was the first copy of X-Men #1 I ever purchased. Looking to send it on to a better home. It's a decent book. Spine is good with a few small holes and cover is still firmly attached. Some rusting on the staples and you can see the rest of the condition by the scans. Some light pen marks on the first page, too. Asking what I paid for it a few years ago. $700 OBO.
