PGM: Jughead Annual #1

Picked this up from OO collection. It's a nice looking book with great FC colors. The BC has a tear on the middle edge. It looks to have some minor glue repair on the tear from the inside cover from about 60 years ago. As always thanks for your grades and comments.

Unfortunately, the defect on the back cover will knock down this grade. The book presents very nicely. I'll say 3.5 or 4.0. If you get it graded, I'd sure like to know the assigned grade.
