This is a tweener,hard to tell.Probably a 6.5,but could go 7.0 too.

Unless you press yourself, it wouldnt be worth it, but I'd say a press would solidify the 7.0 with an off chance of a lucky 7.5. The tear by the lower staple hurts the other fixable defects.

 

Please no one hate on me for advocating a press...

I am all for pressing. I wasn't necessarily going to submit to CGC on this one. I was just trying to get opinions, to solidify my own grading, so that if I sell it, I do so with some input from others.

I'm stuck on 6.5 with this book and I looked at it for some time. That staple tear just keeps it from 7.0 IMO. Still a nice looking copy.
