PGM World's Finest 98

I've had this book for about seven years. It lays nice and flat. There are no interior issues, no stains, no tears. OW-WH pages. Only 13 have been graded up until now, though I think grading this one would only add another close the bottom of the pack.

 

Thoughts?

Solid 4.5.....I love that comic, by the way. Kirby Green Arrow story and the lead team up feature is well drawn and written. GOD BLESS...
