eBay to require that coins be graded by approved grading companies

Why is PCGS better than NGC?

I'm not making a factual statement that they're "better." Just that PCGS has the reputation (earned or not) of being the company that grades the tightest, with NGC being a very close second.

Their forum "ATS" sucks from what I am told. They ban people at will. Someone recently got banned because a friend of his started a thread here as a joke.

I have only purchased NGC graded coins. BTW, I am done here seems this is comics general. :fear:

______

Stated buyback guaranty in writing for coins later determined to be counterfeit, damaged, over- or mis-graded, or misattributed

______

Am I wrong in understanding that its a grading money back garentee?

would CGC ever do this to a paper product?
