Question about eBay listing?

Here's an ebay post of a graded Amazing Spider-Man #67:

The problem is the pic of the back of the comic clearly doesn't match the front, the back being CGC. Also, it states the top label is missing. I emailed seller but got no response. What's going on here?

agreed, CAL is a good seller both here and on ebay... may just have been a mis-post of the wrong photo

giving the benefit of the doubt the scans (front/back) are of two different books. Could just be a simple mix up in loading photo's.

No scam. He just got the photos mixed up.

 

The back photo is clearly an ASM 59, not an ASM 67.

This seems to be a case where direct communication would have been the place to begin, were it any other day of the week.

I'm a newbie here and was just trying to verify this listing because I was interested in buying the comic. I did try contacting seller beforehand. I should be more restrained in my posts in future I realize.
