Starting to put together a little Neal Adams cover art goodness and found this decent condition square bind at my local shop

Looks like a 6.5 to me. Those right-side creases and the fold in the bottom corner take it down. Also, the edge tear on the right side. And the little dirtiness overall . . .

I know LARGE pics make everything stand out, but wow there's a lot going on with that cover and BC. 6.0!

Thanks everyone for the feedback. It definately looks nicer in hand than in the blown up images (but hey thats the fun of grading in this thread!).

 

The dirty back cover doesnt show as badly in real life...

 

to me the big negatives are the Lower right corner on the front covere (CBCrease)

and the chipping on the reading edge near the top right corner

and it has a super small tear neard the devils head (less than 1/8 inch)

 

for $5 it was a win in mid-grade all day, every day.

No offense, but it doesn't look like Neal to me . . . If indeed it is, it is a poorly represented cover.

Inks by Al Plastino, which explains why it has a touch of 50s/early 60s look to it. Appropriate for the content though.
