PGM: Green Lantern #9

Okay, after realizing that my eye was hopelessly skewed with my last batch of X-Men scans, I thought I'd try with an entirely different book, one to which I'm not so emotionally tied.

 

So here's a Green Lantern number 9, which, I'd once thought was perhaps a 5.5, maybe a 6, but in light of the community's input on the X-Men scans, I'm now thinking is a 4, tops.

 

Still too high?

Looking at the B.C. scan with that paper hanging off that top staple, it does look popped. But if you say no, then I can go 4.0 on this book.
