Does anyone know why Flash 217, 218, and 219 have been dropped from the "Green Lantern (1960) #76-#89" set?

When Green Lantern was cancelled, Adams continued the GL stories as back-ups in those issues of Flash, so there's a good argument to be made that a "Neal Adams Green Lantern" set is incomplete without them.

 

Collectively, the stories were intended for Green Lantern 90 prior to its cancellation.
