PGM: Fantastic Four #12

I was at a 1.8 at first glance, but as stated above, it must be in Fine condition gauging by the sticker.

I got FF #12 back today in the mail. I had it pressed by Matt at Classics Incorporated. Then it was taken directly to CGC for grading. But it wasn't ready for pick up from Wizard World Philly Con.

Well, it seems they pretty transfigured it.

I would have never said more than G+ (2.5).
