Just checked the census:

 

Only 1 Tec #3 and 2-#4's in the registry. Even if I had one and didn't want to sell it I would still get it slabbed just to ensure that it wasn't a PLOD.

 

I wish I could find a pair of PLODS for Detective 3 and 4. That would make me as happy as a warthog in a mudbath.
