Anyone know this seller?

 

I've just won an auction of his and I've noticed he has "will not ship outside the US, no exceptions" in his item description.

 

I was hoping someone who knew him could vouch for me, so he would ship to the UK, or recieve my books for me and send them on...

 

I've not contacted him yet, thought I'd speak to you guys first...
