This week the massive ASM countdown continues as we near the end, at long last. A Lot of decent books, affordable to say the least. Still we are getting into some low numbers where affordability is paramount for many collectors. thumbsup2.gif

 

I also have nearly 30 auctions, mostly high grade ASM issues, 39-59, ending this Sunday! Also lots of bronze Hulk and a nice Silver Age Superman in 8.0.

Jesus Glenn, looks like they really screwed you on the grade for that ASM#50. It looks like a solid NM except for the two spots of wear along the right edge. Can't believe they took it down to 8.0. Is there other wear that isn't visible in the scan? confused.gif

No 31, but if you find a good one let me know. I sold an 8.5 or so a while ago, thinking I would replace it. Then prices went up and I was out of luck. I am getting by with a 7.0 as my best copy these days!

I almost pulled the trigger on a 9.2 W about 2 years ago.......and have been looking for one ever since. frown.gif

Not a whole lot wronmg with teh comic actually. You just never seem to get what you think you should. There are probablya few spine creases that are not visible in the scan. I got it as part of a collection about two years ago and it was already slabbed. So I never got a personal estimate in. Beautiful copy though...
