How can you make that many Ricky? When I went and made my second one (2 is all I have).....they had be provide a credit card number.

 

Don't you have to provide a credit card number when you create an account.....or did I miss something?..........or can you just use the same credit card on all of your accounts and eBay won't catch it?

You can use a verifiable email address from your ISP w/o providing a credit card. Your ISP usually allows you to have 10 or more live emails at once.

No I doubt it, account hijacking typically occurs with high feedback sellers. And this guy's feedback is ALL from buying. No selling whatsoever.

The BIN was too high. Whenever the bid is over $15,000 I believe..you have to provide information to show that you are serious.
