I have to say Big daddy has some nice offers up for grabs. Offer 1 includes a nice set of X-Force and that #2 looks pretty sweet. The Batmans look nice also. I'm tired of being in the hot seat but there looks like some nice books for someone who is tempted to try the thread out.

Wow! Are you seriously quoting the rules to me? You might as well tell Thomas Jefferson what he really meant when writing the Declaration! I would point out exactly what I am referring to but I would rather not type a how to guide on using the rules to game the system.

Just curious why your scans chop the top off your books? Never seen one do that before unless you are putting it up to high on your scanner.

I agree these are some nice choices. I am waiting to ship my previous offer to valliant halfway around the world still or I would go for the ASMs. We are still settling shipping weight vs # of books to maximize his and my PIF without funding our government postal systems in the process.

P.S. If there is someone interested next time I can post a complete Robocop vs. Terminator mini-series with one of the issues signed by Walt Simonson.

I have #1-4 signed by Simonson, so if I buy the missing ones I can make up four complete sets with one of the issues signed by him.

A strict reading of the rules would be from when it was posted, essentially allowing someone to stretch it out to 5 days if they wanted. It is rare that an item sits there for 4 days and then suddenly claimed but it does happen I suppose. I claimed one once in the final minute. At this point, I think most people would be ok if someone would claim something from either list.

Well, I am only digging PIF for the past month or two so far be it from me to play sheriff. I read the page one rules but have no idea of how it has been working for the active players. That is why I asked you. I don't want to get n00b-spanked again.
