Anybody Pick Up the ASM #6 Walmart Reprint with the DVD Movie Sneak Peek?

I thought it rocked for $3 (no sales tax- I <3 living in NH).

 

I haven't seen one preview yet and to see the behind the scenes, trailer and a two and a half minute scene (car robbery), I have no doubt this won't suck as bad as #3.

 

What I'm confused about is, does he already have his powers (as he hoists people up regularly as Peter Parker)? I know the organic web-slingers are gone, but I don't see the usual "origin" retread going on, plus Uncle Ben is alive through-out. Looks promising anyway.
