PRETTY DC's for 6/20/04

after the overwhelming response to my Green Lantern and Sea Devils postings this past week from the hordes (all 6 of 'em) DC fans 27_laughing.gif, i bow to popular demand and post these classic covers from 2 of the greatest characters of the early 60's (Rip Hunter and Cave Carson) grin.gif

 

the rip hunter isn't so pretty but it's a 10 cent showcase that i purchased off-the-rack over 44 years ago in 1960 with Kubert art and is the best of my 3 issues. the cave carson's (from both Showcase and Brave & Bold) are in much nicer shape with a kubert and another artist drawing the covers.
