Any other covers out there that use maps as part of the image?

 

Not seen that one before BOOT. Have a nagging feeling there is at least one other cover with maps on it but cant place it. And this one reminds me of a Big Town cover featuring a model of the town, which I always thought was rather neat.

It's a joyous cover, in contrast to the All American, which is very sinister.
