I am getting funds together for Chicago and wanted to see if anyone had an idea what these artist were asking on full figure colors?

I don't know if I would go that far...

 

In the OA forum (looked quickly but couldn't find it) there is quite the amazing Elektra/Daredevil piece that Horn did! As far as quick sketches, it's always a risk - you get what you pay for.

Horn told me at ECC that he does not do sketches at shows. He mentioned something to me that has been a great help to me with the artists I work with and that was that every commission he does he wants to be print quality so that he can use the images for many purposes. His at home commissions were $800 when I asked.

All I'm gonna say is there's NOT a lot of artists out there that can both work with photoshop and with a pencil. Unless, it's a home sketch that he will take his time, then I'd consider. But $800 a pop, maybe not.
