FAQ online states "Click on the link that shows the number of users on. "107 users" for example. This will take you to the current online members. From there you should be able to search for the member you would like to send a message to."

Yeah, I tried that, but a couple of the sellers weren't listed there. However, I finally figured it out.

 

When looking at a book and seeing a list of sellers on the bottom of the page that offer it for sale, clicking on the name of that seller will take you to their listings with a small, grey "send message" link on the right hand side of the page. Clicking on the seller from any other location doesn't show that little grey link. (shrug)
