i could see this going as high as maybe 5.0 if the count the marked-out price as part of the foreign pricing (maybe grabbing at straws here. i know the stamp won't count against it).. but the big crease and the marked out price are the killers. probably 4.5.

This one is a lot tighter but has a big crease.

The other one had no big creases but was soft on the spine area.
