Received this today and must say that it looks even better in person than it does as a scan:

 

 

And not only is it a 9.8, but I noticed that the issue is dated - and appears on the CGC label - as "9/11". I had no idea that would be the case when I chose theme, and it makes the whole deal a little freaky, but in a great way.
